By using our website, you agree to be bound by Letty & Betty’s terms and conditions set out below.
Processing of orders
Letty & Betty aims to ship all items within 48 hours of receiving your order, although your order may be delayed if the item is not in stock. We will keep you updated by email as to the status of your order.
Credit and debit cards are debited before items are shipped by Letty & Betty. Shipments outside the European Union (EU) may be subject to local import charges and taxes, which are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Delivery
All orders will be dispatched by Royal Mail. If you are paying by cash or cheque, you are welcome to pick up your order direct from the Letty & Betty showroom, but please telephone or email first to ensure your order is ready.
Returns and refunds
If you receive your order and find that you do not wish to keep some or all of the goods, you can return them for a refund or exchange, as long as you do so within seven days of receipt. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. We will only accept goods back in ‘as new’ condition, unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
Contract
No contract for the supply of goods will be deemed to exist between you and Letty & Betty unless, and until, an email is sent by Letty & Betty to you confirming that your order has been shipped. This confirmation email amounts to an acceptance by Letty & Betty of your offer to buy goods from Letty & Betty and this acceptance is effective regardless of whether or not you receive the email.
Letty & Betty are free to withdraw from a prospective contract at any time prior to acceptance. This also applies in the case of any error or inaccuracy in respect of the goods, any description applied to the goods, the availability of the goods or the order itself. Price and availability information is subject to change without notice.

Letty & Betty disclaims all such representations and warranties, including for example warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Limitation of liability
Except as specifically stated on this site, neither Letty & Betty nor any of its directors, employees or other representatives will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this site. Illegal acts
It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid credit card to order. Anyone caught wilfully entering an erroneous or fictitious order will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

All purchases from Letty & Betty are subject to UK Law.
Modification of terms
Letty & Betty reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Any modification of these terms will be deemed to be effective from the date and time of posting on the Letty & Betty site.
